Do I have to enter my credit card details to sign up?
No you don't! To use Schedly for free a credit card won't be required. If you ever decide to upgrade your account to a more powerful subscription plan, you can add your billing details easily through your account dashboard.
Do you have any contracts or cancellation fees?
No. Schedly is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
Can I switch plans after I sign up for Schedly?
Absolutely. You can switch between our paid plans, or cancel your account altogether, whenever you like. We will adjust any payments accordingly.
Is there a setup fee?
Noooooo, no setup fee because it is as easy as a breeze to setup the system yourself and our support team is on hand to help you out if you need them.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept payments from MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express and PayPal. Remember, you do not need to supply card details to get started.
What if I change my mind?
If you change your mind, you can cancel your plan at any time directly from your account. Your data will be stored if you wish to use our services again, or we can delete all of your records upon your request.

Absolutely! Since Schedly is a web-based application you'll be able to manage and book appointments using any device with an internet connection, whether you're at home, in the office or on the go.
Who owns my data?
You do! It's your data after all! We want customers to use Schedly because they love it, not because their data is stuck in it. You can export all of your information from Schedly at any time, no matter what plan you choose.
