How much can I realistically earn as a Schedly affiliate?

At the Starter tier (up to 50 referrals), you earn 25% recurring — $7.25 per active Pro subscriber per month. At Elite (101+ referrals), you earn 35% — $10.15 per subscriber per month. An affiliate with 100 active referrals at the Growth tier earns over $870/month ($10,440/year) in fully passive recurring income. There is no cap on how many referrals you can have or how much you can earn.

What counts as an 'active referral'?

An active referral is any customer who signed up through your unique referral link and is currently on a paid Schedly plan. Free plan users do not count toward your active referral total or generate commissions. When a referral upgrades from free to Pro, they immediately become active and start generating commission.

When and how do I get paid?

Commissions vest after 3 months (to account for refund windows). Once vested, they are paid automatically on the 1st of each month via Stripe Connect — connect your bank account once in your affiliate dashboard and all future payouts are fully automatic.

How long does my referral cookie last?

Your referral cookie lasts 90 days. If someone clicks your link and signs up for a paid plan any time within 90 days, the referral is credited to you — even if they initially sign up for free and upgrade weeks later.

Can I be both a Schedly customer and an affiliate?

Yes — and this is actually the most common setup. The best affiliates use Schedly themselves and refer clients, colleagues, or their own audience from a position of genuine experience. Your affiliate commissions are separate from and in addition to your own subscription.

What happens to my commission if a referral cancels?

Commissions are recurring — meaning they only continue while your referrals are active subscribers. If a referral cancels, their commission stops. If they re-subscribe later through your link, commissions resume. This is why growing your active referral base matters more than raw signup volume.

Is there an approval process to join?

No approval required. Sign up for a free Schedly account (or log in to your existing one), go to Settings → Affiliate, and your referral link is ready immediately. The program is open to everyone.

Do my referrals need to be businesses or can they be individuals?

Either. Schedly is used by independent professionals, small businesses, agencies, healthcare practices, and enterprises. Any person or business that signs up for a paid Schedly plan through your link generates commission for you regardless of their size or type.

Can agencies or resellers white-label Schedly for their clients?

Affiliates earn recurring commissions for every client they refer. Agencies that manage multiple client accounts can refer each client individually and earn on all of them.
