Meeting polls that book themselves

Propose time slots from your live calendar. Collect votes from anyone — no login needed. Schedly auto-books the winner and sends calendar invites to every attendee.

AI ranks the best slot before you even decide. No back-and-forth. No manual booking step.

How it works

Four steps. Zero back-and-forth.

The whole loop — from "let's find a time" to confirmed calendar invite — in minutes.

01

Pick slots from your live calendar

Open Meeting Polls and your calendar loads automatically. Click the times you want to offer — only genuinely free slots are shown. Add team members as required co-hosts if needed.

02

Share one link — no login for voters

Copy the poll link and send it anywhere — email, Slack, WhatsApp, calendar invite. Invitees open it in their browser, see times in their own timezone, and vote in under 30 seconds. No Schedly account needed.

03

AI ranks the best slot as votes arrive

Your poll dashboard updates in real time. Schedly's AI ranks all slots by timezone spread (minimising unsociable hours across participants), response rate, and your own energy patterns from past bookings. You get a recommendation, not just a count.

04

Winning slot books itself

When a slot wins — at your deadline, at majority vote, or with one click — Schedly books it automatically. Calendar invites go to every attendee. Reminders fire on schedule. The poll closes. You're done.

AI-Powered

Not just a vote counter.
A scheduling advisor.

A slot with 8 votes from people across London, New York, and Singapore is not the same as 8 votes from people in the same city. Schedly's AI knows the difference.

1

Timezone spread

Calculates total unsociable-hour burden across all participants' timezones. Favours times that are reasonable for everyone, not just the majority.

2

Response rate signal

Slots with more responses carry stronger signal. A slot with 10/10 responses is ranked higher than one with 6/10 — even if vote counts are equal.

3

Host energy patterns

Schedly learns when your meetings historically go best — based on past booking data, completion rates, and rescheduling patterns — and uses it as a tiebreaker.

Deep Dive

Why every other poll tool stops too early — and what Schedly does differently

The scheduling back-and-forth is one of the most universally despised rituals in professional life. "Does Tuesday at 2 work?" "No, how about Wednesday?" "I'm in meetings all Wednesday." "Thursday morning?" This exchange — multiplied across teams, clients, and time zones — consumes an estimated 4.8 hours per person per week. Meeting polls were invented to solve this: propose times, people vote, the majority wins. But the original tools all share the same critical flaw: they stop at the vote count.

Doodle, When2meet, and Rally show you results. They do not act on them. You still have to read the tally, pick the winner, open your calendar, create the event, add attendees, generate the video link, and send confirmations. The automation that should have been there from the beginning was never built. The back-and-forth ended — but the manual work didn't.

"Schedly Meeting Polls don't just count votes. They close the loop — from proposal to confirmed calendar invite, without a single manual step."

The live calendar advantage

Every manual poll tool has a fundamental reliability problem: the slots you propose might not actually be free by the time votes come in. Schedly reads your live calendar when you build the poll — and checks again when the winner is auto-booked. You can only propose times you're genuinely available. The winning slot can only book if it's still open. This sounds obvious. No other poll tool does it.

Multi-host scheduling: the panel problem

Scheduling a meeting that requires two or more hosts — an interview panel, a client call with your lead and account manager, a board meeting — is where manual coordination completely breaks down. You need a slot where Person A, Person B, and Person C are all free. Without live calendar integration, you're asking each person to manually check their own calendar and report back, then cross-referencing manually. Schedly's multi-host polling reads all required hosts' live calendars simultaneously and only surfaces slots where everyone is free. The problem is solved before the poll is even shared.
