The Complete Google Workspace + Schedly Integration: Calendar, Meet, and Gmail
Google Workspace is the productivity foundation for millions of small businesses, teams, and organizations -- combining Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Drive, and the full Google application suite in a single organizational account. Schedly's Google Workspace integration connects to the most scheduling-relevant components of this ecosystem: Google Calendar for real-time availability management, Google Meet for automatic virtual meeting links, and Gmail for the most natural sharing of booking links in email communications.
The Three Integration Layers
The Calendar layer: Schedly reads your Google Calendar in real time to prevent double-booking and writes new bookings as Calendar events. The Meet layer: virtual event types automatically generate Google Meet links that appear in the Calendar event and all client communications. The Gmail layer: your Schedly booking link appears in Gmail signatures, and Schedly confirmation and reminder emails are delivered to clients' Gmail inboxes as HTML emails with calendar invite attachments. Together these three layers create a scheduling workflow that feels entirely native within the Google Workspace environment.
Google Workspace Admin Deployment
Organizations deploying Schedly across a Google Workspace team can streamline onboarding through Google Workspace Admin. Individual team members connect their own Google Workspace accounts to their Schedly accounts through OAuth, which requires no admin action per user beyond granting OAuth consent for the Schedly application. For organizations with strict OAuth application allowlisting, IT administrators can whitelist the Schedly application in the Google Workspace Admin Console to enable organization-wide deployment without individual OAuth approval exceptions.
Stop Losing Bookings to
Scheduling Friction.
Schedly puts your calendar to work around the clock. Every lead, every client, and every meeting lands exactly where it should, automatically.
